Pistachio Mallow Salad

Ingredients

(16 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed

(3.4 0z.) instant pistachio pudding mix
|

|
| 6-7 |
|
drops of green food coloring (optional)

| 3 |
cups |
miniature marshmellows
|

|
| 1 |
can |
(20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
|
|
|
| 1/2 |
cup |
pistachios or walnuts (chopped)
|
|
|
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the whipped topping, pudding mix and food coloring if desired. Fold in the marshmallows and pineapple.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle with nuts.
